On August 4, the contributing ceremony of Special Reconstruction Program after May 12 Earthquake by Chinese and Foreign Women Artists and Qitele Group was held in the assembly hall of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries(CPAFFC). The members of World Female Artist Board responded rapidly, over 50 of whom donated more than 60 representative works on the ceremony. The related collecting organization donated 30 sets of large-scale recreation facilities worth of more than 1.5 million yuan for rebuilding welfare homes and kindergartens in Sichuan, Gansu and Shannxi province. CPAFF delivered 7 sets to Gansu.

Gansu Provincial Foreign Affairs Office Director General Guo Yingchun attended the ceremony and made a speech. Assistant Counselor Fan Xiangqing was at the ceremony as well.
